Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.  Each order is made on demand at time of purchase.  Please be sure to look at the size chart before ordering or reach out to us via email if you have questions at support@pgcnty.com.

Care for the garment is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We do not exchange for sizing

Please check the unisex size conversion before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a size larger than your normal size so we suggest going down one dress size but you know your body best.

Exchanges on defective items

If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same item in the same size. 

To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and sent back to PGCNTY within 14 days of purchase. Please contact support@pgcnty.com for more questions. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your defective item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
